You may recognize these boxes as ‘cut-offs’ from the weight cases on my M-2 and M-7 clocks! I had leftover portions of the weight containers that looked sad sitting on a shelf waiting for a new idea to get a pass out of the basement! I needed something to pack Christmas cookies and send to my daughters. The woods are walnut, maple, wenge, ebony, and spalta beech. Finish is tung oil and hard wax.
